Weekend Warrior Yoga-Perlick Distillery

Service Description

Unleash your weekend warrior in a vinyasa/flow Yoga practice starting at 10:00am. We'll practice for about 45 minutes to get the weekend going in the right direction; the tasting room opens at 11:00am with their regular and seasonal drinks! Yoga is by donation, but please stay and enjoy the awesome staff, owners, and environment at the distillery - you won't be disappointed! If at all possible, we will practice outside Spring-Autumn, but this cannot be guaranteed due to weather fluctuations. Please dress as you are comfortable from head to toe - I recommend dressing in layers that can be easily removed as you warm up with the practice and reapplied towards the end when things slow down. If you prefer non-alcoholic beverages, virtually all drinks at this distillery can be made without alcohol. Cost for this class is by donation; you are reserving your spot here and checking the waiver here but will pay what you like the morning of class. Please bring your own mat and any props you want available.
