Yoga in the Park is back, and thanks to Embrace, this 6-week series is free to you! Come for just one class, or all six. This is a gentle, slow-moving, series. While it is not an "all levels" class, all levels are certainly welcome to attend, including complete beginners. The series is geared toward stress reduction and management and is here to help balance your otherwise busy or fast-paced lifestyle. Please BYO Yoga mat/blanket/towel and any props you require for practice. In addition to keeping this event free of charge, Embrace will also supply you with free snacks and water. Located in beautiful Memorial Park in Shell Lake, WI; in case of rain, we will practice in the pavilion. Please dress appropriately for the weather and outdoor conditions. The time is 5:00pm for 2020!
